Synapse Services is a new but fast growing “Center for Psychological Medicine” based within the Abuja metropolis. Currently, Synapse retains the services of a robust mixtureof local and internationally trained staff that provide excellent, client focused services. We provide psychological and counseling services, inpatient facilities/treatment, day hospital, rehabilitation, community care etc. We treat all forms of disorders related to your mental health, not limited to:
Depression,
Anxiety,
Stress,
Relationship difficulties,
Sleep problems,
Drug and Alcohol addiction,
Hearing voices,
Bipolar disorders etc.
In addition, Synapse provides training programs designed for Health care professionals and the general public.
We are in the process of expanding our organization and are looking for exceptional, committed, innovative and highly motivated staff, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide stellar services within a confidentiality driven service practice. The current roles available include:
1. Experienced Clinical Psychologists:
A minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology
Knowledge of Psychological Formulations using different psychological models
Knowledge of Psychological Assessment using standardized tests/scales
Knowledge and application ofpsychological principles/models
Psychological treatments/interventions
Minimum of six months internship and/ or paid Clinical experience
2. Mental Health (Psychiatric) Nurse
3. Mental Health support workers (minimum of secondary school education is required. Training will be provided)
Excellent remuneration packages exist for all roles, and will be commensurate with age and experience.
