Estymol Oil Services Limited, is a publicly quoted indigenous Oil & Gas Company operating in the Nigerian Oil sector, engaged in the manufacture and sales of lubricating oils, import and export of petroleum products.
Our services includes three main elements:
1. Postal, telephone and electronic response handling.
2. Online CV and application letter/form screening.
3. Tests/Interviews scheduling and execution.
Estymol has a successful track record of providing graduate recruitment support services. Using your assessment criteria and competencies, we will acknowledge, screen and telephone interview candidates for your graduate vacancies.
We are seeking qualified and diligent persons to fill the positions below:
1.) Lube Manager
Requirements:
A good university degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemical or Chemistry
Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in Quality Assurance, blending or production environment, three of which must have been at Senior Supervisory level.
2.) Head Procurement
Requirements:
Good 1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution
8 - 10 years work experience, at least 4 years as a Procurement Manager within a reputable and structured organisation
Professional accreditation in the purchasing field is an advantage.
3.) Head Information Technology
Requirements:
A good university degree (preferably with a Master's Degree) in IT or IT-related field
Minimum of 8 - 10 years post graduation relevant experience in IT, 5 of which must be in a supervisory/ managerial or equivalent capacity in a reputable organization.
4.) Human Resouce Manager
Requirements:
A good University degree
Minimum of 5 - 7 years professional experience, 3 of which must have been in HR function in a reputable business environment.
5.) Depot Manager
Requirements:
A good university degree
Minimum of 10 years post graduation experience, 5 of which must be in a managerial or equivalent capacity in a reputable organisation.
6.) Constuction Manager
Requirements:
A good university degree in Civil Engineering, Membership of NSE
Minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in Civil Engineering function in a reputable organization
Project Management Experience an add advantage.
7.) Oil Trader
Requirements:
1st degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related area
3 - 5 years experience within a reputable corporate organisation in the oil and gas industry
An MBA is an advantage.
8.) Company Secretary
Requirements:
LL.B (Hons); BL. A professional qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 10 years experience in post-call general legal practice, with experience in corporate law
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
Oil & Gas industry experience will be an added advantage
Experience relating with shareholders and regulatory authorities will be an added advantage.
9.) Personal Assistant
Requirements:
A good university degree (preferably with a Master's Degree)
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in planning / strategy position in a reputable organisation.
10) Executive Assistant
Requirements:
A good university degree (preferably with a Master's Degree)
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in planning / strategy position in a reputable organisation
