REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Masters Degree; CIPM membership
5 years minimum cognate experience
Clear ability to foster a strong motivation climate
Competence in forging a strong performance orientation in a business
Drive, initiative, focused on cultural change
Ability to set up HR systems and create HR administrative efficiencies
High computer literacy and communication skills
Knowledge of major HR softwares
Practical talent management skills
High integrity
