1. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT- REF 001
RESPONSIBILITIES
- manage and control the finance department to ensure optimal cash utilization and cash management
- Responsible for the processof creating the company’s budget as well as tracking andreporting on the performance
- provide financial analysis and report for the company’s operation
- review and approve all invoices and payment document before the payment is made
- exercise operational ownership and control of the company’s business application system
- manage the month-end closure and reporting process
- manage the interface between regions for all finance-related issues
- Reports to the executive director, finance
REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years working experienceof which 4 years in a similar role
- BSC in accounting with professional qualification ICAN,ACCA
- the use of relevant business application system, use of MS office tools, business processes, preparation of final accounts and books of first entries
- Accounting and book keeping skills
2. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER– REF 002
RESPONSIBILITIES
- provide support to the GM shared services on issues relating to personnel policy (pay, welfare)
- coordinate the advertisement or contact recruiting agencies to provideservices
- develop needs assessment process and create instructional design with appropriate delivery methods and post training evaluation
- design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
- ensure that the preparation of monthly labor turnover andstability indices, headcounts isdone in conformity with the standard staffing process
- ensure that the company’s employee handbook is up to date and reflects the company’s human capital strategy
REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- conduct training needs assessments and oversee training functions

REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in relevant area with PMP and six sigma certified
- 5 years working experienceof which 3 years in similar role

5. CUSTOMER CARE MANAER REF 005
RESPONSIBILITIES
- manage and coordinate the customer services section, ensures the activities of the customer service are well supervised
- determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, visiting operational environments, conducts surveys, form focus group, benchmark best practices, analyses information and other relevant applications
- improve customer service quality results by studding, evaluating and redesigning processes, establish and communicate service metrics, monitor and analyses results, implement changes

- Provision of timely and accurate advice and services to support the control and management of legal risk
- Involvement in all aspects oflife assurance, pensions, insurance, company, contract, commercial, trust, Nigerian lawand regulations
- assist with documentation review, contractual certainty, drafting and amending contracts and supporting documentation
- liaise with external counsel when necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES
- design and implement IT solution that would adequatelyand robustly support the company’s operations
- troubleshoot; diagnose a resolve pCs, servers and other it related equipment problems to ensure smooth operations
- assist new employers with the acquisition and deploymentof IT requirements as approved by the management
- ensure that all IT equipment are properly tagged and tracked in line with policy, process and procedures
