The NDDC has since released the 2012 NDDC Post Graduate Foreign Scholarship list of applicants shortlisted for screening/interview. The scholarship is available to Nigerian Students to study abroad for Masters degree and PhD programs. The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) was established in 2000 with the mission of facilitating the rapid and sustainable development of the Niger Delta into a region that is economically prosperous, socially stable, ecologically regenerative and politically peaceful.
