Our programmes in Nigeria, East Africa and Ghana are open to anyone who's a national of an African country where Standard Bank is currently recruiting.

We've designed our thorough selection process to ensure that both you and we get the most out of your application.
Our Recruitment and selection processes are different, depending on the location of the programme you have applied to join.
In this section you'll find details of what you can expect once we've accepted your application.
London, Nigeria,Ghana and Kenya.
Once you've applied online, we'll assess your application and then arrange for an interview at your university campus withrepresentatives from both our HR team and one of our business divisions.
If you successfully pass theinterview, we'll then ask you to take a psychometric test, as well as answering some case study questions.Following this, if you make into the final shortlist, we'll invite you to a number of interview panels, where you may need to deliver a prepared presentation on aspecific topic. You'll also have the chance to meet some of our business unit representatives over dinner.
