The need has now arisen for experienced professionals with drive and tenacity to fill the following positions:
1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS (CIVIL/ BUILDING) – BENG in civil engineering, NSE AND COREN Certifications with at least 10 years hands on experience – proficiency in the use of AUTOCAD and MS office, ocumentation knowledge with strong managerial skills
2. PROJECT MANAGER – BTECH or its equivalent in civil engineering with at least 7 years hands on experience in structural/civil engineering –AUTOCAD and MS iffice proficieny with knowledge of total station will be added advantage
3. PLANNER – BENG in civil engineering, NSE and COREN certifications, PMP qualifications with at least 7 years hands on experience
4. ADDISTANT PLANNER – BENG in civil engineering, NSE and COREN certifications, PMP qualifications with at least 5 years hands on experience
5. LABORATORY
MANAGER – BSC/HND in
laboratory science with
at least 7 years
experience in
construction industry
6. QA/QC ENGINEER –
BSC in civil engineering
with at least 7 years
experience plus ability
to monitor and
coordinate project
quality related activities
7. QA/QC INSPECTOR –
BSC in civil engineering or
related field with at
least 4 years experience
in the construction
industry plus proficiency
in the use of MS office
suites
8. ACCOUNTANT – BSC/
HND in accounting with
at least 5 years
experience in project
management with
ICAN/ANAN etc
9. STORES MANAGER –
degree with at least 5
years experience in
construction industry
and proficiency in the
use of MS office
10. ADMIN ASSISTANT
MANAGER – BSC/HND in
business administration
with 4 years relevant
experience – excellent
communication skills
with proficiency in the
use of MS office and
conversant with
inventory management
software
11. QUANTITY
SURVEYOR – BSC/HND in
quantity surveying with
6 years relevant
experience plus
knowledge in
contracting and
proficiency in the use of
MS office suite
12. COST CONTROLLER –
BSC/HND in accounting
with at least 5 years
experience and ability to
monitor the financial
progress of a project
and be conversant with
accounting package
13. DOCUMENT
ONTROLLER – BSC in
management/
engineering or related
discipline with at least 2
years experience –
ability to work with high
degree of accuracy and
recall with proficieny in
the use of MS office

14. HSE COORDINATOR –
BSC or its equivalent in
engineering with at
least 5 years experience
in the construction
industry, NIP and
NEBOSH Certificates
with MS office
proficiency
15. PROCUREMENT
OFFICER – HND/BSC in
purchasing and supply
with at least 5 years
experience in the
construction industry
with proficiency in the
use of MS office

16. BUILDING
SUPERVISOR – BTECH in
building or engineering
related field with at
least 5 years experience
in construction industry
with AUTOCAD
proficiency
17. PAYROLL OFFICER –
BSC/HND in acounting or
its equivalent with 5
years experience in
similar post and
knowledge of different
payroll software
application
18. PAYROLL CLERK –
OND in accounting/
business studies with 2
years experience in
similar role and must be
computer literate
19. TRAINING
COORDINATOR – BSC/
HND in management or
relevant field with at
least 5 years experience
– expertise with
computer based training
programmes and
conversant with the
whole gamut of training
and development

20. SENIOR MECHANIC –
BSC or its equivalent in
mechanical engineering
with 5 to 7 years
experience in the
construction industry –
hands on practical
experience in
maintenane and repair
of heavy duty
equipment
21. SUPERVISORS,
ARTISANS AND
TRADESMEN
(MECHANICAL,
ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING,
BUILDING, CARPENTARY
AND JOINERY) –
experience able bodied,
readiness and
willingness to learn with
ability to read an
interpret drawings is
required for supervisors
