Job Position: Quality and Safety Manager
Requirements:
When evaluating candidates for this role, Bristow seeks those with:
*. Minimum of 10 yrs aviation quality management system experience
*. Proficiency in the concept and application of safety management system
*. Qualifications in conducting effective independent auditsin accordance with the international standards ISO9001.
*. Experience in safety reporting and event investigations and conversant with Nigerian Civil Regulations
Responsibilities:
*. Manage and supervise the quality and safety department, and perform theday to day management of group management system including auditing, reporting and investigating functions
*. Liaise with aviation and other regulatory authorities and ensure approvals are maintained.
*. Establish, implement and maintain quality assurance programs for flight operation, maintenance, crew training and group operations
*. Define, coordinate, implement and audit the SMS process and procedures
*. Ensure that operations and maintenance carried out meet the required standards.
