Refer customer request beyond his/her limit to appropriate authority
Perform other duties as assigned by Business Service Manager
Attend to customer enquiriespromptly and efficiently
Process internet banking service and e-products requested
Required Skills:
Good customer service care
Good problem solving skills
Good reading and listening skills
Good documentation and record keeping
Educational Requirement:
HND Graduate Only (Minimum Lower Credit)

Experience in banking industry will be an added advantage
